Delivery partner of ParcelForce in Russia?

Would anyone know this? I am trying to locate a package that was sent to Russia but my
russian partner can't find where this package is. Two delivery attempts have failed and no note left
so am thinking they are going to the wrong address.

Try the tracking number at https://www.17track.net/en it should hopefully pick up on who delivers it at the Russian end

Just tried it. It comes up as the Russian Federation Russian Post (www.pochta.ru)

Would you say its most definitely them?

Yes, if you try the tracking number on an official Royal Mail tracking site http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails somewhere on the responding page will be "track with partners" or something similar. However, in most countries outside of the EU, Royal Mail uses the official Postal Authority of the receiving country to do the final delivery.
