I stupidly put a wrong address on a parcel I sent via my Post Office.
Delivery included 'Signed for'.
Few 'phone numbers exist to ask anyone and for a couple of days, I've listened to music on 03457 740 740. Still music right now and 43 minutes thus far. 27 minutes earlier today.
The recipient name is correct, as is the Post Code. I didn't state the road apart from Mill Hill East and the wrong house number ! Groan !?!
What do I do and yes I know about the National Returns Centre but one can't contact them either !!!
HELP ?

However, it's not well known but it's against the law for Royal Mail to change an address on a parcel. It sometimes does happen, but you need to be aware that they may not be able to help.

It should not be signed for by whoever stays at the address its being sent to
Does it have a return address on the parcel?
