My tracking over a week ago says presented to customs. Called customs they bounced me to royal mail . Tracking team not able to help my tracking is

Correct, it is in customs at the time of writing. Nothing anyone can do until customs release it.
What is inside please? And did the sender attach a full customs declaration, including description and value?
