We can’t make the package move. But if you want some advice:
1. Copy and paste either the tracking number or all the tracking information into this thread.
2. Tell us what is inside the package.
3. Tell us if you are the sender, the recipient or someone else.

Re: My Package I despatched to Canada is Stuck at the North West Midlands MC
Sorry, further questions:
1. That is a lot of stuff, does the parcel weigh more than 2Kg and / or does the value of the contents exceed £270?
2. As this is going to Canada, did you include your name and return address on the outside of the parcel?
3. Did you complete and attach a customs form to the outside of the parcel?
4. Are any of the electrical devices powered by batteries?
5. What are the hair extensions made of?

Re: My Package I despatched to Canada is Stuck at the North West Midlands MC
For most Royal Mail international services, the maximum weight allowed in the international mail is two kilos. If you paid for twenty kilos this implies that you have either bought a Parcelforce international service via Royal Mail or that you have bought an internal UK Royal Mail service. As a check on this, what service does it state on your certificate of posting?
You haven’t answered my question on value: if the contents are worth more than £270 then the longer CN23 form is required, instead of the CN22.
Missing things off the customs forms could cause a problem, but that would happen further down the pipeline than the parcel has currently got.
The hair extensions should not cause a problem if properly described on the customs form.

Re: My Package I despatched to Canada is Stuck at the North West Midlands MC
Royal Mail’s website states that the maximum weight for International Tracked is 2Kg:
https://www.royalmail.com/sending/inter ... al-tracked
I suspect that this item has been incorrectly priced for what it is and has gone to Revenue Protection for checking. If it is found to be underpaid then it will be sent back to the return address on the parcel, but note that this is a low priority for Royal Mail and could take weeks.
