Post stuck at Heathrow international lc

Post by Simon79 »

I've had a parcel coming from China.. The tracking number is LV643051315CN. It has been stuck at Heathrow International LC since the beginning of January. I believe the sender put part of 2 address', I rang royal mail to confirm the correct delivery address, which I was told had been done. The item was only a few miles away from me on 27th December last year, but has then since been sent to Heathrow LC and been sat there since 3rd January. I'm not even sure if I'll get the parcel or not. The sender won't send a replacement or give a refund as it's stuck in the mail system. Hopefully someone can help as every time I've called royal mail, I just get told to wait and hope it arrives

Not sure but this sounds like it's been rejected by the MC - probably because of the address - and is on its way back to China. It then got caught in the cyber attack before leaving the UK. I may be completely wrong but this is what it looks like.
