Hello everyone!
I am expecting some glasses for my son from UK to Sweden. The parcel was delivered sent on 3rd of February but since then whenever I check the royal mail site it keeps on saying "Item Leaving the UK LANGLEY HWDC" I have contacted our post office and they say its still stuck in UK. Any idea what I can do and if any one knows why the delay ? Reference number is RN620623672GB

Until they release the item, the Swedish mail won't see it. Did your son fill in a customs declaration?

There is a very long list of restrictions for Swedish customs.

Are your glasses worth more than £500? That could lead to the parcel being returned to sender.
Are your glasses made of animal products, e.g. are they horn rimmed glasses made with real horn? Even if not, your parcel may be delayed while Swedish customs check if your tortoiseshell glasses are made of real tortoise shell.
