Although the guy in Callers Office was a complete tosser who lied to me point blank about Tracked items not being held at Portsmouth DO.

He may not have lied, he may have been telling you what he has been told in the past. If he has been given bad training then that's the fault of his management and not him. For instance, I am a front line postie and I have never been briefed on tracked and tracked + (whatever that is) and all the information I have about them has come direct from here not RM, he may have been in the same position as me. He may have given you the wrong information in the belief that its correct, because TBH I have never met anyone who gives out wrong information deliberately to a complete stranger unless they were trying to cover something up, I don't think he was in this case, he appears to have been badly trained.

When I was in Callers Tracked Items were never bought in with the other stuff, they used to have to go back to the managers office where they would sit on the desk until a manager could be arsed to bring them to us, which could be days
