so if a TNT delivery officer dumps mail in a hedge the royal mail postperson for that area will be held responsible for the actions of TNT you can see it happening as we to have mail with the logo TNT on it

Hopefully not the TNT DSA Logo is like this one
tnt logo.png
Good description here for the different codes etc http://www.britishpostmarksociety.org.u ... Jcw==.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

and the TNT Delivery logo wont have the DSA codes on it, at least according to the site I saw but has since been removed.

who wants to bet that the redirections from tnt will find there way into a box near you with a redirect address written on it,and as nobody knows whats happening anymore it will . off it will go on it merry way .outcome tnt paying zero to royal mail

On a side issue did you know that mail recipients have to re-post any redirection on the same day that it is delivered.Its easy to surcharge if its been franked with a date but all our competitors mail has no dates.So will the new " delivered by royal mail" have a date on . that way i can happily surchaarge the lazy S O B'S that think they can have a free re direction service

Many thanks for contributions to my query "Redirection Service and TNT in West London", specifically redirection from a W13 address.
For your info TNT post is still being delivered to the W13 address although I have given TNT full address details, as requested by TNT so that TNT could redirect (by unspecified means). In particular, at least 3 items of post from ING Bank (both TNT and ING are Dutch outfits operating in UK) have not reached me, the last item being last week.
TNT has now stopped replying to my (polite) emails.
What a mess in the name of "competition"!.
