Nottingham is one of the 'university cities' , mostly in the north, which triggered the current Covid lockdown along with the insistence by Boris that Christmas shall not be 'cancelled'.
Therefore its highly likely that RM operations in Nottingham would have been affected by staff either catching Covid or thinking they might have it incurring staff shortages.
