I had my interview on 22nd October but I haven't heard anything to confirm if I have the job or an email saying I haven't. The only contact I have since the interview was 3 days after asking for me to bring my birth certificate in. Any ideas how long it take?

It may be some time. With Christmas round the corner RM are recruiting over 18000 casuals around the UK. Keep checking your status as the next change will be something along the lines of Criminal/Background checks ongoing.

Unfortunately there is virtually no human contact in the new RM recruitment method.

I was told someone would call within 7 days but if I don't have the job then I will get email. This waiting game feels like forever lol
