waiting list candidate

First post - Hi im Ray - passed the RM Interview and recvd email to confirm i am a waiting list candidate - applied for rôle 18 june - they sed i would b considérés with other candidates and reply around 7 days - ive heard Nothing since - do i assume ive not Got it then? Also it was sed that waiting list candidate lasts for 3 months....what happens after that périod? Anyone advise? Thanks Ray

Are you waiting to hear about a specific job you applied for or did you apply, were unsuccessful and then put on the waiting list ?
If it's the former it sounds like you are just waiting for someone at local level to make a decision or if it's the latter then you will be held on the list for 3 months and will be considered for any suitable positions that come up in that time. However it would be beneficial for you to stay ahead of the game and keep checking the job availability online yourself and applying for anything that is suitable for you, your application should then be fast tracked as you have already passed the tests and interview.
Good luck and be patient, sadly the RM recruitment process can take a long time.
