How long to hear after interview

Hi everyone,

I went to interview for postwoman with driving on Thursday 9th of this month, its for a 15hour 6 month contract.

I was wondering how long it would take to hear back from them if i got the job? Will it be by phone or email? Also if im not accepted, how likely is it to receive an email as i wasn't receiving emails from them for the interview documents.

Hey

I had my interview last Wednesday, the guy said it would take about a week, first I got an email saying I had passed the interview then I got an email offering me the role this morning. Good luck and I hope you get whatever you applied for.

Thanks, im just so impatient haha, ) and hate waiting about to hear! Also do you know what kind of security checks they do? Is it police checks or is it employment dates ? As the guy at the interview was all confused by my previous employment and college dates, as i was having trouble filling it out online myself. Congratz on getting the job :

Its mainly police background checks, but they do occasionally go a bit deeper and do employment checks.

Hey I had my interview in December and have only just got the crb results back today so hopefully will be a fully fledged postman by the start of feb fingers crossed lol

Thank you, also I was told when I had my interview to check emails daily and if I got a phone call I got the job and if I got an email I had not got the job. I have never received a phone call off rm I have only ever had emails! Check your spam/junk folders to make sure your emails don't get sent there instead of your inbox
