Worried applicant!!
Hi there. I have recently applied for a postman position and passed the recent interview assesment. However when looking into my car insurance today I have realised that my drink drive conviction is unspent for 5 years. Where as when I filled in the application form I was under the impression that it was already spent! I am now worried that this will ruin my chances of doing the job that I really want to do. Most of all I don't want the recruitment team to think I have lied intentionally. Any advice please???

I have now managed to speak with the branch manager and informed him of the situation but does anyone think that I should still speak to someone in recruitment? If so how can I speak to someone as I can only seem to find automated numbers which are no use to me!
