It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Interview tomorrow!!
In addition to that link, another popular one in interviews & one I was asked in my interview with R.M. : "Who is responsible for Health & Safety at work"? The correct answer of course is "everyone". Replying, "The managers" probably won't be an impressive answer!
If you are at office that still has bike rounds, you will probably be asked about what you should check on a bike before you take it out : Tyre inflation, condition of tyres & brakes, general condition of bike, if you are going out before sunrise (unlikely) then lights that work. Common sense stuff.
