Hi everyone
I attended an interview on the 14 August and have still not heard anything, I was told that I would hear something in 7 days. My application status also still states complete. Do you think this means I didn't pass the interview? I found another two roles in my area, however when I went to apply I was advised that as my interview was less than one month ago, I would be automatically considered for these role.
Thanks for your help

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Yes people thought this was a stamp commemorating myths - in fact its an indirect nod to their recruitment department.POSTMAN wrote:It's just a case of waiting i'm afraid, they are not the fastest on the blocks Royal Mail.

I had an interview on the same day. I was told I would hear in a week and just this morning I received a mail saying I had passed, but didn't get the job and was on a 3 month waiting list.

Re: Outcome of interview
Congratulations on making the waiting list, from this forum there seems to be a number of people who have secured jobs this way, so I hope you have some good news soon.
The job was for Liverpool and I still haven't heard anything!
Thanks for your replies, just need to sit tight and keep my figures crossed! Keeping up the job search also.....

Re: Outcome of interview
Hi
I have had a phone call asking do I still want the job. Interview was only 4 days before so really happy. The guy said they need to do security checks which will take 2 weeks.
Then 2 days later get an e-mail saying I have passsed the interview but the manager has not signed a form and it has to be returned to him, will contact later to discuss.
Status changed to awaiting further information? Does this mean the security checks are being done while waiting for the manager to sign the form he forgot to sign?
Do I just need to sit tight and wait?
