Footwear

Post by alsladen »

I'm about to reach the six week milestone and am looking forward to ordering some uniform. Does anyone have a preference for the footwear on offer? I've got wide feet so am tending towards either the Anvil trainer or the Magnum Bandera Active trainer but am open to suggestions if the other shoes are any good.

I have wideish feet. I use the Bandera. I have not come across any anvil (?) Trainers.

The cushion flex trainers are in no way cushioned and have a narrow toe box that will cripple you if you have wide feet.

Bandera.

I’m on my second pair and so far so good.

Just get a decent pair of insoles and perhaps wear two pairs of socks (one thin pair and one thick pair) and size up. Your feet will swell during the hot months

Bandera are what I use too. I tried the cushionflex trainer and ended up with blisters and skinned heels. Yet other people seem to manage fine with them, i guess different shoes fit different people

I have both cushion flex and bandera. No problems with both here. I will say the bandera feel a bit heavier than the cushion flex. Banderas a bit bigger as well I think.
