6 month probation review

Been at royal mail for nearly 7 months now. Should have had a 6 month review on the 3rd of December. I've asked my manager on 4 occasions now when I'll be having it as its way past and all I keep getting is. So long as it's done before Christmas it'll be fine. There is talks in office that they are trying to extend all new contracts to 12 months and I'm finding that they are waiting until you've had complains or a sick day then doing the review so that they have an excuse to extend it. Is this normal within royal mail or just my office? Also on a stage 1 for having 2 days off in 7 months, starting to feel like I'm a robot and not human.

Try putting a request to your Managervin writing and also send a copy of your letter to the book-room as well.

I've been in since august 2024. No review as yet. I just figured I'm probably fine.

Same been there 7 months now and not been told if I’ve passed probation or not!
