New starter hours and supplement pay and paid breaks

Hi
I am on a 27hr contract. Am I entitled to paid breaks?
I've been told no because I only do 5hrs 24mins!
But I'm always working 2hrs more a day as I'm in a shared van!
Also am I entitled to the delivery supplements?

Staff starting on the new contracts are not entitled to paid breaks nor the delivery supplements. Welcome to the new RM world of a two tier workforce. As a bonus though you do get 1.25 overtime rate once you've worked 40 hours a week.
