Good afternoon all.

I have an interview scheduled for Postperson with driving.

Does it matter that I only have 3 of the 5 years employment history?

Also I have a 2 week holiday booked for the near future, would that cause a problem?

If you mean you have only worked 3 out of the last 5 years it shouldn't be a problem you just need to list what you were doing during those years. Full-time education, job seeking etc. It's better not to leave any gaps.

But if you mean you have worked the 5 years but can't declare what 2 years were, then yes that might be a problem.

No declare the leave at the interview and they will honour it, mention it to the manager if you are selected, they will also honour it.
