Was just wondering if you have to work every Sunday as I can’t remember what the hrs were when I applied

If the job was advertised to inc Sunday's i.e. Wednesday to Sunday then you will be expected to work on Sunday's.

Should be every other Sunday, and make sure you get the additional rate and not just flat rate even if it's conditioned hours!
