It's very rare there's a week without d2ds so don't be doing them in your own time or they will expect it every week your review should be at 6months come April we will be 34p off minimum wage.
I never got a review at 6 months, I did my last shift yesterday. Joined in October and never even got my ID card.
Sounds about right for your experience of royal mail, as I said in another post you must have dropped in an office with the shittest of the shittest management, they can sort an id card easy as well as everything else they couldn't be arsed to do either, it's a shame, you might have liked working in a decent office.
I did like the work, I wanted to do the work. I just won't work for people that refuse to take feedback that could improve things for zero cost. Like stopping people coming back and sitting around watching other people unload vans by themselves, breaks at the end of shift aren't allowed...help your team mates. Saying that other colleagues did the rounds on time without issues is a blatant lie, everyone has problems with traffic and being over loaded with delivery items.
But for me the lack of ID after 7 months just points to the fact they had no intention of keeping a disabled employee that will call them out.

Sue them for discrimination
I wouldn't be able to prove it. I know what happens at RM as do many other people on this forum, there are enough people complaining of similar behaviour. Problem is that no one backs you up when they see the bullying and no one records anything when you report it. There are also no cameras in the working area so you can never prove anything.

To achieve this, we will strive to create an environment in which there is respect for every individual and recognition of their aspirations, regardless of their race, colour, religious belief or political opinion, ethnic or national origins, gender, marital or family status, sexuality, disability or age.
