How to retrieve parcel from National returns center

Hello,

I was travelling abroad so I asked my manager to post a parcel for me to a friend. My friend was never contacted and didn’t get the parcel. When I tracked it, according to the app they tried but couldn’t deliver and redelivery was not possible. Now they are sending it to National returns Center and unfortunately my manager did not write my address (senders address). How do I contact them and get it sent to my house. I am currently abroad and can’t find an email ID or viable point of contact. Please help!

Sorry but unless there is a name and address inside the parcel you won’t see the parcel again.Parcels without a return address are normally auctioned off in bulk.

Actually it was a delivery parcel from Pixi so it had my name and address on the box within the parcel package. Do you think that will help?

That may.But remember this will be one of thousands of parcels which are poorly/incorrectly addressed that will be sent to the National Returns Centre in Belfast on a daily basis and it may be some time (if)the parcel is returned to you.
