Hi all,
I recently applied for a Xmas temp job at RM, I completed the application and had no issues. Also uploaded my right to work, ID's and the like also with no issues. And on Friday I had an email to go to the Post Office and check all my details, I went on Tuesday as I couldn't go over the weekend due to being unwell and the check went okay. But as soon as I got home I checked my emails and got an email saying that they're completely filled up and application has been cancelled.
I've checked my RM login account and nothing has been said about being unsuccessful, and today in the post I've received a letter about a application for a DBS check, I've tried to contact RM and I'm getting no where, I live near loads of RM branches and willing to go to any branch near me as I know a few is recruiting and I'm incredibly eager to get in.
If anyone can give me some info or point me in the right direction, that would be a big help.

Re: Xmas Casual Application Issues
I got a similar email a few weeks ago but nothing on my application except there now seems to be a provision to update it. Do they want people to refine their available shifts?
The whole application procedure this year has been a complete mess with vacancies removed from the site, then reuploaded again a few weeks later. Added to that, they sent out an email about what to do if you didn't get the shift you wanted.
Why bother to take our contact details if they aren't going to make use of them?
