Completed 12 weeks for Angard 2 months ago, since then it is almost impossible to get a shift @Jubilee, London Hounslow.
Example from yesterday:

This time no feedback at all from Angard, no confirmation, nothing
Ok, so, can I do something with that? It is clear these shifts are either a gimmick or some kind of favoritism (nepotism?) takes place when the shifts at Jubilee Centre (Hounslow, London) are being allocated.

Based on my experience with Angard over the past three months I've only received automated replies
and haven't been able to contact anyone.
My impression is no one is working in their offices since the pandemic.

Tried ringing them via the number on the website and asking for the agent responsible for your office?
They will try and fob you off from speaking to any agent so will need something planned to say to this

Similar to me aswell but not after 12 weeks. Has been a week and usually there’s the odd shift but I’ve had no shifts for some reason and only worked 1 day the week before. Always a morning or night shift every 1-2 days but I’ve Had no email or texts,

So from early October I started getting shifts, just like that. All of You probably know why. After such a big gap they decreased my rates back to minimum which is for me astonishing, unethical, dodgy, and on the verge of criminal practices. Next Tuesday I have the meeting with the lawyer to inquire if agencies like Wankard can get away with such activity, clearly abusing AWR (Agency Workers Regulations). Just to strenghten things up: in August and September, just after gaining a pay rise, on JonedUp, I set my availability to 7 days a week and for 2 months it was impossible for me to get a shift, even just 1.
