Cancelled pre- booked shifts

They are at it again got sent a text on Friday to book in for shifts for this week. I work nights and have done for going on 4 years I took mon tue and weds then at 5.30 tonight bang shift for tonight cancelled just what is the f***ing point of this. treating there workforce like shite who exactly thinks it’s a good idea to do this I know it’s down to demand and the mail staff taking overtime why bother. Im not taking any more pre booked shifts unless it’s christmas. Glad they saw there arses at the tribunal and more s**t will hit the fan soon no doubt.

At easter I pre booked in advance 6 shifts over the 2 week easter period at my mail centre.

I planned my life around these dates.

All 6 shifts were cancelled at short notice each day.

I emailed my thoughts to Angard Management for what it was worth.

I now never pre book any shifts with Angard.
