Incomplete wageslip

Post by Lewis2018 »

Hello I am here and I am asking for advice about my wageslip.

I finished my contract as a christmas casual this week as they offered overtime. So I did Monday last week on New year's night then I did Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

However I was only paid £280 which is four days.work instead of five. Was there a cut off date in January? If so will I get it back in arrears? Also I was scheduled to work Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday that week but they didn't put.me down for Thursday until I discovered my name was on the.sheet for Thursday.

Could that be.another reason for.the.error on my wageslip?

Thank you

The most effective way to get through to Angard payroll (from bitter experience) with all the usual barriers, hindrances, excuses and ever changing call centre contact numbers is to do this:

1. Adddress your payroll query to: the Senior Payroll Manager, AngardStaffing Solutions LTD
2. Summarise your query concisely and precisely in the subject box of the email
3. You should get an automated response within minutes.

Make sure you’ve done the maths correctly yourself so know what you have been underpaid.
You’ll have to wait more than a few days but re-send the email if more than a week!

One will be continually fobbed off with all manner of innumerate, inaccurate, dimwit excuses if you were to get into conversation with a call centre operative at Angard HQ? Save yourself the stress!
Now as a totally committed Ex Angardee I can only sympathise and empathise with all you long suffering Angardees.NEVER AGAIN I SAY TO MYSELF.........repeatedly  :wave

Yes there was a cut off date in Jan - at least that is what I've been told by Royal Mail when I queried my payslip
I started after the cut off and received no payslip / payment at all for 1 week and instead it was added to the next week

Unfortunately it is correct in hours but makes no sense in the actual breakdown between different pay rates

Best of luck with it
