I hope this is the right place to post this question. I saw there is a Christmas Casual thread on the Angard sub-forum but I haven't applied through them.
I attended my registration event on 17 October and was offered a late shift from 4 December to 22 December. I was told that the next step would be security vetting and that will all be fine for me (had to have a DBS to work in a primary school). However, on my job profile it says "Status: Registration Event" and "Next Step" is blank. Do I need to contact someone to get this rectified as there may have been a processing error or is this normal?

Keep checking it but when they are recruiting 20,000 casuals for Christmas some of the processes are slow to update.
