GREETINGS.

JUST HAD TEXT OF ANGARD REGARDING SHIFTS AT NWMMC(WOLVERHAMPTON). NO SHIFTS VERY QUIET, WILL PICK UP IN NEXT MONTH. I'VE HAD 2 SHIFTS, 8 HOURS IN 4 WEEKS OR 2 HOURS A WEEK OF ANGARD, MY MIND IS WONDERING EVERYTIME I SPEAK TO SOMEONE FROM MAIL CENTRE NEW STAFF HAVE BEEN IN ALL WEEK. AS YOU KNOW I'VE BEEN AT WOLVO FOR NEARLY 2 YEARS OTHERS LONGER SO WHY DO WE KEEP GETTING FOBBED OFF. DO ANGARD THINK WE ARE ALL AS STUPID AS THEM. ALL THE DICKS AND DIVAS THAT WORK AT ANGARD I HOPE ONE DAY VERY VERY SOON THEY FIND THEMSELVES IN MY POSITION.

HOPEFULLY THE WORLD IS ROUND.

Same text to me and a few others as well. Pushing out established staff in favour of newbies? I can't say who has been getting shifts because I haven't been in either.

Same here, l got a shift Monday 1st in 3wks so my 28 days were nearly up only to be told others who have been there the same amount of time as me had been in and we all know what type of people they are.

Typing in capital letters my contravene netiquette, but, given that working for Angard is a labour of desperation father than love, and given the degree to which we are treated without any respect or concern, it is understandable if sometimes people wish to articulate their frustration.

did they not offer you a permanent contract like they did to a few others recently?

No contract offer. Other people been there longer than me so don't want to step on anyone's toes. Plus I got to be at work so managers can recognise me to get contract.
