On my Angard ID card it states the expiry date is October 2014. I've been with Angard since October 2013. What happens after the expiry date i.e. do they offer you another years contract and do they post another ID card? Moreover, after 1 years service does the wage increase?

You can ask for a new ID if you wish
And your pay is linked to royal mail if they get an increase so will you
