Im on mornings 7-2 shift,everyones been sent home at 11 most days as no work,seems a complete waste of time signing off the dole. :thumbdown :oops:

Yes if there is no work - you are casual with no guaranteed hours..

They will blame the decline in mail :shock:

Can't you ask to swap to work nights, you might get longer hours chuckin parcels around :Very Happy

No work?

Im working Nights 10-6 at the moment at the same chester mail center and there is a crazy amount of work.. But that being said I am doing manual letters all night and there's a lot.

was xmas casual,was very quite there this year,apparantley they were diverting work to warrington and tamworth,which left us with hardly any work
