I can't really speak for telephone interviews, but for my actual interview, it went a little like this:

Angard: Can I see your documents of proof of right to work in the UK?
Me: *hands them over*
Angard: You're hired. Can you start tonight?



Angard don't seem too fussed on work history or qualifications as long as you're legally able to work. Just relax, and good luck!

It will probably be similar to the RM one:

That is questions along the lines of:

Tell me when you have worked as part of a team.
Tell me when you have worked on your own. (if you are going into deliveries)
Tell me when you had to work to tight deadlines and targets.
Are you essentially a fit and well person.
They may also ask local geographic questions, but not down to streets, with me it was do you know where such and such a District is in relation to the Delivery Office, or where is Glasgow.

etc

To be honest it is a pretty easy interview if you don't get too tense and think your answers through. They will probably also ask for references.

I wonder if you have to have a face to face interview aswell its abit over the top really for an casual job as and when they need you.

Give an example of working in a team.

'' '' '' Dealing with customers' valuables.

The actual interview will probably be a registration event, like the Xmas Casual one. Basically show your passport & other documents, plus photo copies of all these & a passport sized photo of yourself. They will of course lose most of these photo copies. Especially the Bank details. But, if you are already/or were a Christmas Casual, they should already have these. But there again, they wont because they will have lost them! You still want to work for them, even with this massive pay scandal?!

I'm sorry Coolbuddy but either you haven't read any of the threads on this board or you are taking the p*** something rotten. Angard/RM are the biggest load of incompetent, lying, useless idiots under the sun and if you go and work for them they will rip you off, fail to pay you on time, fail to pay you properly, in many cases fail to pay you at all. A significant number of us are having to take them to court to get what we are owed, in some cases for wages dating back months. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE. You will only live to regret it if you do.

Poor girl, what have you let yourself in for? Yes, if you read previous posts on here, you'll see that we've all had problems with being paid. I hope that they've got their finger out soon though.
