breaks

Post by dodado »

Could someone please clarify breaks for Angard staff. I'm led to believe that there are 2 different options depending on what contract you are on?

Ours always (at least on my shift) have the exact same breaks as RM staff.

In my MC they cut short breaks for Angard. Previously people were getting the same breaks as RM, bit they were too long.
So now it's 30 minutes for 6h shift, 40 minutes for 7h shift and 50 minutes for 8h, that's for people with unpaid breaks. Those with paid breaks get only 45 minutes when doing 7-8h shifts.

Get hold of a time sheet showing the break times.
