Hello all I have received the pay rise e-mail but it doesn't state how much the rise is. Bit stupid the main information was omitted.
I see also the pay card has been simplified so no more different dates for under under 18, 21 etc.
Pay dates states the dates apply for those pre 2023 so how which less are the dates for those who are eligible after this period?

Re: Pay rise 2025
The rise is 4.2% as per the deal agreed between Royal Mail and its workers. There’s a smaller rise scheduled for next year to offset inflation. I can’t remember the specifics for next year but it’s been widely publicised and can easily be Googled.
The exact wording on mine is:
“These rates of pay apply from 1st April 2025 and are applicable to any employee who reached 12 weeks service (AWR Qualified) before 1st October 2023.”
I guess for post-2023 rates you can just look at their current job ads….
