Did anyone that had holiday Pay last week noticed any issues? in terms of how much paid & also leaving the correct outstanding days still to take?

Yet another battle I'm going to have with Angard.
Have you looked on your joined up profile and seen how many days you have and how they calculate a week, somehow in 30 weeks I've accumulated 4 weeks holiday because they are miscalculating what a week is.

Are you aware anything over a week is lost at the end of the holiday year 31-02-25? A week can be carried over to next year.

Glad you are aware. You didn’t mention statuary lump sum. Good luck with the battle.

I didn't mention it but its something very few people are aware of and it might help some agency staff. Anything over the statutory 28 days can be taken as holiday, as a lump sum or as a slight uplift in hourly rate and its our choice how we take it. Agencies don't tell anyone this. Because of the way Angard are calculating a week, theoretically I'm left with holiday I can't use, hence the battle.

Statutory holiday is 28 days, Royal Mail offer 30.5 days so once agency have been with them 12 weeks they also get 30.5 days in a calendar year.
joined up has some weird way of calculating annual leave though, I transferred Aug 26th and I've somehow managed to get 4 weeks of A/L in 28 weeks when I should have about 3.2 weeks if that.
They claim a week is 4.65 days.

Statutory holidays 28 can have bank holidays included or added. Depends on the employer’s policy. In your case is it worth worrying about because come 01-04-25 all but a week will be lost.
