Royal Mail to stop using Angard ....

No unless things have changed . No guaranteed shifts. Shifts you do get can be cancelled at short notice.and so it goes on etc .etc.etc. Angard is shite as others will tell you on here. RM over Xmas is ok but Angard long term is pure grief.

We as Angard Casuals should be expecting to be available for flexible shifts based on the workloads that Royal Mail gets. If its a quiet week, we dont get called in. Simple.
Too many Angard casuals I know complain of not getting fulltime hours worth of shifts but thats not the point of this job. Obviously I WANT that as I accept as many shifts as I am offered each week and will eagerly apply for any positions of permanent contract to work directly for Royal Mail which are not in the delivery side of the business though.
