It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Cheaper than rm and good service , also good pda's they use, however it can be cheaper if you drop off your parcel at a shop. Also Inpost boxes are only £2+ , we are clearly too dear and the post office is such a hassle .
Saying that i'm a big fan of the 2nd class offer at only £2.80 up to 2kilos, that's just 5 christmas stamps.
Why are lino's paid full-time ??

hermes in this area have exactly the same pda as use,

Hermes are shocking. I wouldn't use their service if it was given away for free. Had problem after problem with them.
