Around 50 CTT postal workers gathered Monday in Lisbon to protest against the termination of continuous work schedules and to demand dialogue with unions.

Today was the first of two days of strike action being held at CTT distribution stations in Lisbon, Porto and Coimbra.
According to a spokesperson for the Nation Union for Post and Telecommunications Workers, Vitor Narciso, quoted by Lusa News Agency, the administration of CTT is refusing to speak with unions about the end of the continuous model of work rota.
