DHL Express has opened a new facility in west London that will handle an increase in demand for import and export express services within the English capital.
The £5 million service centre is 61,720sq ft and it offers a collection and drop off service for goods that are coming from overseas.
Phil Couchman, CEO of DHL Express UK & Ireland said: “This strategic investment in London is reflective of the strength of our growing logistics network in the UK.
London, as the capital and a hotspot of exporting activity, has seen a significant increase in shipments over the last few years. Through this service centre we can help facilitate success for many UK businesses.”

"London, as the capital and a hotspot of exporting activity"
And there's a lot of other activity goes on in London apart from 'exporting'
