A COURIER company has moved two of its depots under one roof.

City Link has opened a new state-of-the-art depot at Chelmsford with a view to expanding its operations there.

At 72,000sq ft, the new facility, in Atholl Road, should give City Link the capacity to handle more parcels than ever before in the area.

The new site replaces and combines two previous Chelmsford depots.

Paul Dillon, depot manager, said: “These are exciting times for City Link. The Chelmsford region has a huge amount of untapped potential and I am looking forward to further growing our business in the region.”
