I remember there was talk about that happening here in the late 80's early 90's.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

There's a figure quoted in this report - "the nations 2500 postal workers". !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Surely this can't be right?

Australia's population is around 22.5 million. Even if every single one of these 2500 postal workers was involved in delivery it would still average out at 9000 residents covered per duty.

Your right, Tman, clearly we ain't seen nothing yet. Now lets see, 9000 residents per duty, think 6 D2D's , SD's delivered before 1pm, packets (think Christmas). Now that's productivity for you.

Think I'll stick with what I've got, thanks.
