files lost through house fire
Hey everyone, hopefully someone can help me with my share problem, i had a fire start in my study and lost a lot of my files, my file on my shares being one of them, please could someone walk me through the process of selling them starting from the beginning, many thanks.

Do you have an online share account? My various other company shares (never had royal mail's ones) are all registered with Equinity. If I want to buy/sell or check their value etc I just follow the links on the site. All my share certificates are held electronically

1. Make sure you have a recent play slip with you.
2. Go to https://www.esp-portal.com/1/EPortal/rm ... Login.aspx and register.
3. follow the links and log in all the info will be there.
