Don't forget we also have 590 nominee shares which we can sell. Can someone confirm if we can sell these tax free also?

That £7m buy is just the end of day Uncrossing Trade, not quite as dramatic as it seems.

Although there have been some fairly hefty buys today.

If you have shares in a nominee account with Equiniti, I think they'll be shares your bought via the EPO when the company was first privatised and/or any you bought via the SAYE scheme.

No income tax or NIC's will be payable when selling them.

The free shares and any bought via the Partnership & Matching scheme should be in the SIP. All those shares will have the 3 & 5 year rules attached to them for tax and NIC's purposes.

The business update is released at 0700 and before the markets open so it isn't insider trading. We could have done the same albeit on a much smaller scale!

I started buying thru the SIP/salary exchange when they dipped under £2

would have been wiser to use a broker and just invest, I just use the weekly investment as a form of saving
