Are they paying out the dividends this tine round in Dec 20 or Jan 21? I'm retired from Royal Mail and not sure what's happening at the moment?

The last dividend was paid in January 2020, there's unlikely to be another until around the same time in 2022 at the earliest.

The very earliest! Covid and an inept management has seen to that. Just google RMG dividends to keep in touch on news when or if the divi will be reinstated. Hope retirement is going well.
