Better to sell my shares now..or wait?

Got the full allocated amount. Thinking of selling now as I suspect share price may dive soon with the next business (non)-profits announced. Think it's 792 shares I have and works out at ~£1800 . Cash in and run, or wait?

I would hold, the dividend over time can equal the value of the shares, unless you're desperate for cash, shares are for the long term better held.

I'd definitely keep hold of them long term if you're not desperate for the cash, the reduction in the USO and introduction of automated parcel sorting should see an eventual improvement in the profits we are/aren't supposedly making which should result in a reinstatement of the divi and an improvement in the share price, even if it is a couple of years off.

There is no dividend and I doubt they will rush to reinstate it, if they do, it won't be the previous level, probably only about 2-3% yield on current SP I'd say .

How do we think a major recession and high unemployment levels will stunt our business? We haven't seen any yet, in fact we've been busier than ever but how long can this go on when people start to lose their jobs?

Any recession we do have won't be like any recession we've seen previously when actual spending money was in short supply.

The economy was already screwed since before covid came along (it's been screwed since 2008) all covid has done is given the Treasury and BoE the perfect excuse to do what they love doing best... printing money.

The ridiculously profligate furlough (and other support schemes) will continue indefinitely and will morph into some form of Basic Income.
