The free shares were awarded on the following dates:

15th October 2013
9th April 2014
5th October 2015
6th October 2016

So you can only sell the first 2 batches completely tax free. You only have to wait a week or so to sell the 3rd, but just over a year for the 4th.

I’ve just sold a batch of shares and was wondering if the money goes straight into your bank account like the dividends or if they are added to your weekly wage slip??

I haven't sold any of my free shares, but I think how the money is paid depends on whether they've reached their 5 year anniversary or not.

If they have, your money will be paid straight into your bank account. If they haven't it'll be paid via your wages an taxed accordingly.
