SAYE Choices ?

The SAYE mailing arrived the other day with I think five options as to what we would like to do. I just wondered whether others thought I would be a worthwhile longterm risk to buy more Royal Mail shares. Even the mainstream press have noticed in recent weeks that RM seems to be running the business into the ground. The sales department, who should be getting more business, and the HR department seem to be utterly incompetent ATM as well. Vast staff shortages across most DO with unemployment possibly up to 2 million in the UK. I was thinking to buy the shares but this may be just like flushing the money down the toilet. So will you be buying more shares or cashing in ??
