Thanks, but that 'in the future money' doesn't help pay ever increasing living costs now. So what I really want is a six months overdue pay increase NOW that doesn't leave me short in the future because it comes with conditions that f*** my pension up, making your possible £3500 a paying Peter to rob Paul con.
