i understand that the Government still owns 40% of RM... but which part of the company is that???....
just playing 'devil's advocate'... could there be an agreement by the other 60% to sell off the more profitable bits of RM... ie processing, distribution, collections, GLS..??...
would this potentially leave the Governement owning the remainder of the company (their 40%) in the form of the least profitable bit,... ie deliveries??

The government owns 38% of the SHARES of the company, not any specific division of the company. A bit like a couple with a joint mortgage not owning specific rooms of that house!

I am tempted to say the Scottish part.
