Went into a Post Office and saw the share offer booklet there. I took one and found the "summary prospectus" interesting reading. From Page 12 onwards. "Risks". 1) The group may not be able to recover all It's cost re; the USO. 2) The group cannot be sure "efficency programmes" may be successful. 3) The group is "labour intensive" with "high employment costs" 3) IT is ageing and need investment 4) Vat is subject to court hearings 5) rIsks with relationship with POL 6) USO provision may have material adverse affect . Sound risky to investor and bad for us!
