We don't need a new B+H procedure. We need the one we have now to be applied properly.
We need Independant, unbiased, Investigators, who have brains, integrity and principles, who Aren't paid by Royal Mail!
Otherwise it's a bit like the Catholic Church investigating its kiddie fiddling Priests.
Their punishemtn is to be moved onto to fresh meat to abuse, once caught! Sound Familiar????
its kind of already happened.I think it was the Hooper report which first suggested Royal Mail be privatised. Also in that same report ,it revealed that Royal Mail's Managers had a very confrontational approach .

Moya Greene seems more concerned with the time and cost associated with the procedures involved.
To say that B&H is manly employee on employee shows how out of touch she is. Managerial bullying is an endemic problem which is getting worse as budgets are tightened and workload increases. Culprits rarely receive appropriate disciplinary action to this type of behaviour, many cases are never investigated properly and when they are the investigating managers are too eager to find employees guilty of bringing cases in bad faith when they are not overwhelmingly proven.
I would second the need for trained independent investigators to make the process both transparent and fair. Royal Mail needs to have a zero tolerance attitude to this kind of despicable behaviour and implement appropriate disciplinary measures rather than move the problem on to another unit or area as has happened countless times in the past.
I guess I'm too cynical. Shiny new procedures are easy to unveil (and we've seen this before) but wind up either being misused or ignored. Or - as it sounds here, from what I've heard of the management proposal - worse than before. It's like asking the congregation of an abusive priest to say a few extra novenas each week and hope everything goes well.

Novenas are said for nine straight days....
How long must us poor fookers CHANT against the ABUSE OF POWER, B&H and the 'some' CORRUPT DIABOLICAL ABUSES PERPETRATED BY MANAGEMENT....? How many YEARS must this farcical BS continue before the CWU see it as FUNDAMENTAL and AGAINST OUR HUMAN RIGHTS?
